This error occurs when:
- The coupon code is incorrect. Please ensure the coupon code is entered correctly, with no spaces or typos.
- The coupon code is no longer valid. Please note that each coupon code can only be used a certain number of times. Once the uses for it have been exhausted, it cannot be used again.
- The selected destination is not eligible for a coupon code redemption. Coupon codes from ExpressVPN can only be used for single-country destinations. It cannot be applied to the global or regional plans.
