How to buy a data plan/bundle?

Using the holiday.com app or website, you can buy data plan/bundles for all eSIMs associated with your account.

In the holiday.com app

If you are purchasing a data plan/bundle for your own eSIM, follow these steps:

  1. Open the holiday.com app and select the Add Destination option.
  2. Select your destination.
  3. Select a data plan/bundle. You can choose between Bundles (from 1 GB to 50 GB over 3 to 30 days) or Unlimited plans.
    • If redeeming a coupon, choose the option that matches your coupon code.
  4. Select Next and select Myself.
  5. Tap Next to proceed to checkout and complete the purchase.

Once you complete the purchase, you can use the data plan/bundle on your main eSIM. Please activate and use the data plan/bundle within 365 days of purchase.

If you are purchasing a data plan/bundle for another eSIM, follow these steps:

  1. Open the holiday.com app and select the Add Destination option.
  2. Select your destination.
  3. Select a data plan/bundle. You can choose between Bundles (from 1 GB to 50 GB over 3 to 30 days) or Unlimited plans.
    • If redeeming a coupon, choose the option that matches your coupon code.
  4. Select Next. 
  5. Tap Others and choose a name for the eSIM that will use the data plan/bundle..
  6. Tap Next to proceed to checkout and complete the purchase.

Once you complete the purchase, you can use the data plan/bundle on the selected eSIM. Please activate and use the data plan/bundle within 365 days of purchase.

On the holiday.com website

  1. Select Myself if you’re purchasing a plan for your own eSIM or Others if you’re purchasing data for another eSIM.
  2. Create a holiday.com account or sign in using Google or Apple, then choose Continue.
  3. Add a payment method and complete your purchase.
    • If you chose Unlimited Data: Pick from 3, 7, 10, 15, or 30 days.
    • If you chose Fixed Data: Pick from 1 GB up to 50 GB packages (availability depends on location) over varying durations from 3 to 30 days.
  4. Go to portal.holiday.com and select your destination.
  5. Pick between Unlimited Data and Fixed Data and choose an option from the dropdown menu.
  6. Select your plan and duration. 

Once you complete the purchase, you can use the data plan/bundle on the selected eSIM. Please activate and use the data plan/bundle within 365 days of purchase.
