How can I add more data to my eSIM?

You can add extra data according to your travel needs within the holiday.com app or the website; it’s quick, easy, and doesn’t require further installation or setup. Here's how:

In the holiday.com app

If you're purchasing a data plan for your eSIM, follow these steps:

  1. Open the holiday.com app and select the Add Destination option.
  2. Select your destination.
  3. Select a data plan. You can choose between Bundles (from 1 GB to 50 GB over 3 to 30 days) or Unlimited plans.
    • If redeeming a coupon, choose the option that matches your coupon code.
  4. Select Next and make sure the Myself option is selected.
  5. Tap Next to proceed to checkout and complete the purchase. 

Once the purchase is complete, you will be able to use the data plan on your main eSIM. Please activate and use your data plan within 365 days of purchase.

If you're purchasing another eSIM, follow these steps: 

  1. Open the holiday.com app and select the Add Destination option.
  2. Select your destination.
  3. Select a data plan. You can choose between Bundles (from 1 GB to 50 GB over 3 to 30 days) or Unlimited plans.
    • If redeeming a coupon, choose the option that matches your coupon code.
  4. Select Next and tap the Others option. Then, choose the eSIM that will use the data plan.
  5. Tap Next to proceed to checkout and complete the purchase.

Once the purchase is complete, you will be able to use the data plan on your other eSIM. Please activate and use your data plan within 365 days of purchase.

On the holiday.com website

Note: Currently, you can only purchase top-up data for your own eSIM via the holiday.com website. If you want to buy top-up data for another eSIM, please use the holiday.com app.

  1. Go to portal.holiday.com and select your destination.
  2. Pick between Unlimited Data and Fixed Data.
  3. Select your plan and duration. 
    • If you chose Unlimited Data: You can pick from 3, 7, 10, 15, or 30 days.
    • If you chose Fixed Data: you can typically pick from 1 GB to 50 GB packages (availability depends on location) for various durations from 3 to 30 days.
  4. Select Myself to add the bundle to your existing eSIM. 
  5. Sign into your existing holiday.com account using Google or Apple.
  6. Add a payment method and complete your purchase.

Once you complete the purchase, you can use the data plan on the selected eSIM. Please activate and use the data plan within 365 days of purchase.
